Tube Effect Pedal Guitar
what guitar effect pedal is this?
i remember seeing a guitar effect pedal on you tube where i think im not sure but i think you plug another pedal in and when you move the knobs around it starts changing the sounds and it sounds like cool sound effects. im not sure about the plug in another pedal. either that or everything i just said except for another pedal but just that pedal sound with the turning knobs and sound effect stuff.
if you guys know what im talking about please tell me
I think I know what you’re talking about but I don’t remember what it’s called. I haven’t seen it at Guitar Center. Of course that doesn’t help much.

electric guitar pedal suggestions?
I have a Marshall Class A Tube Amp, and it only has treble mid and bass knobs haha. so I need some pedals to liven up my playing. (epiphone standard les paul). Anyways, im looking for effects that sound like Coldplay mostly, real soft stuff. I need a good distortion medal (remember, soft stuff), delay, reverb, etc etc.
What do you suggest?
I don’t know about Coldplay, but I’ve been playing guitar for 38 years and I’ve had that Class 5 Amp before. That’s a good amp, so don;t run junk through it. The first thing you want is a little bit of reverb. I would suggest one of these:

That second one has some chorus with it,so you’re getting a lot for your money. Another thing I would consider is some distortion or overdrive. There are a million of them out there, but here are some standards:

After a while, start looking for some chorus and some phase effects. I personally ran a Univibe and an Octavio thru that amp and they sound great. You probably dont need a compressor yet, plus they are kind of expensive.
