Guitar Effects Pedals Ebay

Help with guitar effects and other info.?
I’m looking to buy a couple effects in the near future. I have a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. I don’t want to buy and effects board because they are pretty superfluous and don’t really sound that great. Right now I’m thinking I might want a Delay, Phaser, Flanger, Chorus, a noise Gate. Any opinions (useful) that could aide me in purchasing some decent pedals? Also, I’m probably going to try and buy used, via ebay or craigslist. Thanks guys.
Well, I really don’t want to get anything like the Boss Gt-10. I know what effects I want, it’s just that I’m not too familiar with brands and models when it comes to pedals. I also want to be pretty minimalist when it comes to my effects. I’m not worried about humming and hissing, I confident I can get that down to a minimum. All I really want is opinions on brands and models (MXR, Boss, Electro-Harmonix, etc…). Right now I’m thinking of going with a used Boss BF-2, and DD-6. I found them on ebay for pretty cheap. Any opinions on those?
A lot of advanced players use a series of stomp pedals, but that can get really expensive. Most guitarists gradually pick up pedals along the way, as opposed to buying a bunch at one time, unless you’re really rich.
Why not try the Boss GT-10? I’ve heard some great, screaming sounds coming out of that thing.
Or the new ME-70. It has a bunch of different sounds you can mess with, plus it’s got some pretty cool features like a Loop pedal.
One of the coolest things I saw from it was the automatic volume swell, so you don’t have to constantly move the volume control with your pinky. Sounds kinda like a violin.
And having many separate pedals does very little to distort the sound. It’s the length of the cable that will have more of an effect on the noise. The longer the cable, the more the signal will deteriorate by the time it reaches the amp. But it’s barely noticeable, so you don’t really need to worry about it. Plus on stage, there’s nothing you can really do about it.

what WhaWha “pedal” should i have for my ..GUITAR..?
i want a cheap pedal for my guitar and have decided to get a wahwah but i dont want to spen to much…
I thought about getting this one… http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Black-Wah-Wah-Electric-Guitar-Effect-Effects-Pedal-UK_W0QQitemZ360145205203QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Guitar_Accessories?hash=item360145205203&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A4%7C65%3A15%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318
But it has no knobs to ajust how much wah…
Will this effect my play much?, will i regret buying it?, if so waht one???
Go for the “Dunlop Cry Baby Wah Wah Classic” pedal. It’s what most people use, sounds great, and it’s not complicated, has no knobs. What do you need knobs for? You just move the pedal back and forth with your foot while you play, its much better than auto-wah. They are cheap too, and used ones go for even less. I’ve seen one for sale before in my area for $20, perfectly fine and everything. Good luck!
