Any good games i should keep an eye out for before xmas for the 360?
Ive bought a few games lately, ie: Force Unleashed , GTA 4. , Bioshock, Gear of War, Mass Effect, Guitar Hero III and have just placed an order for Fable II.
Its been a while since i purchased any 360 magazines so i dont know wat games will be due out in the next few months that i could buy.
I personally feel that the games i have will keep me busy until then as i havnt finished force unleashed, havnt even played Bioshock yet and Fable II looks like it will keep me busy for a while.
SO is there anything i should keep an eye on?
There are a ton of games coming out to keep an eye on. Fallout 3, Call of Duty: World at War, Prince of Persia, LEFT 4 DEAD!!! Mirror’s Edge looks kind of interesting as well… www.1up.com is a great place to get up-to-date news on upcoming games, and www.amazon.com has a release date calendar that is more accurate than 1up.

Help with some special effects on sony vegas?
Well, I’m gona have an mtv project and I was hoping to make WHEN I’M GONE by simple plan. The question is, is it possible to make the SPLATS (when Pierre makes a subtle punch on screen) and light streaks (which follows the guitar’s movement)… effect on sony vegas with a blue screen? I don’t even have a blue screen! I was planning to set the band on a white bed sheet back drop and edit the whole thing on vegas. If you’re not familiar with the video, watch it here.

Also, is it possible to put a moving person in a billboard or in a magazine like in the video? Not being too ambitious or anything but I’m willing to learn how. Hey, I learned photoshop quite easily and I think it has a similar mechanics like uhm….masking….yeah vegas might be more than just editing images but I REALLY REALLY NEED TO LEARN THIS!
And I’m also gona make WOMANIZER by britney spears and IF I WERE A BOY by Beyonce. Some advices with these too?
this is a very ambitious project. since you say you know photoshop, you’ll need to make 2 splats, one for each one you need. make it on a green background or use an alpha channel. Place the image where you want it to appear. If you want 2 splats and see them both, you’ll need to have multiple layers of video. green screen or alpha channel will work. Be sure to export the image with the alpha channel intact. for the lines, do the same and use a wipe to bring it in. that’ll have the effect of it drawing onto the video.
