How can I get started creating music?

I am trying to compose music and record my voice but I don’t have the equipment. I know if I go to a studio it would take hours to get exactly what I want made and the person recording it will not see the same vision that I have for it. It also would cost a lot of money to do that. It there a way I can get my hands on an entire beat, rhythm, and vocal recording machine that also hooks to my guitar and I can ad effects to it.

i have music creator but it is complicating, and when I hook my guitar up too my computer with the wire from their brand it comes out sounding funky and messed up.

I have in my possession a keyboard, a electric guitar, a acoustic guitar (no microphone inside), a normal microphone, and a acer laptop computer. How can I get started on making music when I have such small resources? I don’t have any guitar effects and I’m still working on perfecting the sound of my acoustic playing.

My vocal range is somewhere between Baritone and Tenor.
