what kind of paint was used to paint this guitar?
I found this thread through Google Images a little while ago where this guy posted pictures of a guitar he painted. I’m referring to the SG guitar in the first two photos. Be warned, its a marijuana website.

He said that he pretty much put on multiple layers of pain on the guitar, sometimes with random colors in random spots. he then sanded through some areas to expose the paint underneath.
What paint do you think he used? I would love to recreate this effect on my own guitar
Oil based paint would be the most durable. It looks like he used a Sharpie or other sort of marker over the paint for the black designs. Make sure you use a good sealer once it’s dry. A high gloss would look great.

Which guitar effect pedal?
I’m trying to learn this song called “Canon Rock” by Jerryc. I have no idea on how to get the sound of the guitar in this song. I tried to look online and on forums but i still cant find anything. The sound is very unique.Do you have an idea of what pedal would give me the most similar sound?
