How to make Glenn Tipton and KK Downing’s guitar sounds?
I use a Digitech RP 1000 as a processor and amp emulator. What amps and effects should I use to create the sound. To be more specific, I would like to have the sound of the solo in You’ve Got Another Thing Coming and Electric Eye and basically anything from the album Screaming for Vengeance.
It’s nearly impossible to copy an artist’s sound because the strings, the guitar, the amp, all the special effects, the guitar pickups all play an intricate roll in composing that sound you are hearing. You are much better off trying to create your own unique sound. But, if you want to give it a try, here is the equipment list you need to acquire.
