Guitar Players: Cliffs of Dover?

What kind of guitar effect does Cliffs of Dover use?
It sounds good clean, but I just want to know.

I have a Line 6 Spider IV amp and a DGFX1 Delta Lab Multi-effect pedal

which settings on the guitar?

I have a Fender Strat, so to where do I turn the knobs and pickups?

I think he uses Fuzz, delay/reverb. Neck pickup for a thicker sound, roll off the second tone knob for a less bright sound.
