Guitar pedal ? Please help ?
I am going to buy a multi effects pedal as my amp kinda sucks, Its a peavey vypyr 75 watt but it has a weak distortion and sounds VERY muffled. Would you recommend a Boss GT-10 or a Line 6 pod x3 ?

Thanks, I like the distortion but just wish it had more of a crunch to it
I have a 15w vypyr and I think the distortion is good on it you just have to do the right setting. But what I really recommend Is that you go to ultimate guitar.com and ask on the forums there and there are lot of people there that can tell you exactly what you need to get the sound you want

I think the amp isn’t good but its cheap so.
If you’re just starting out that amp should do just fine, guitar choice looks good, couldn’t link to the effect…
I’d say if your just starting out it wouldn’t hurt to save up a little more for a better amp or put the $40 towards an amp with effects, but I know how hard it is when you really want something. Over all not a bad deal.
