Guitar Effect Harmony
Randall RH150G3 PLUS or a Randall RG50TC?
Which amp should I get??? I am 12, and cant decide. I havent played a gig yet, but once I get a band I would. I play Technical Death Metal and want a very powerful tone with lots of clarity for leads and harmonies. I also need a good clean. But, between an amp and a Line 6 POD X3, which should I get?

I highly recommend getting an all-tube head with a separate cabinet. Carvin is really the best of the best, and they only sell direct, so you get killer prices. The V3 is by far the best head I’ve ever played and owned: you get three channels with tons of options, and it’s all tube, too. You will never need to upgrade from the V3. Marshall, Mesa Boogie, Randall, even the boutique heads have nothing on the V3 as far as I’m concerned. Happy hunting and God bless.

Original song, original thoughts?
Just a rough cut of a song I did. I already think it’s kinda crap, and it’s DEFINITELY not my style of music (I do more symphonic metal). I just want opinions and constructive criticism. I am too lazy to add drums.
Oh, and I know the quality of the recording is crap because I did it ALL through a Guitar Hero mic, lol. I also added a harmony effect to the vocals because it sounded cool.
Also, what do you think would be a good name for it? If you find one I like, I’ll update the vids name, and give you credit for the name in the vid description. Anyway… sorry I talked too much here, lol.
It’s interesting. The arrangement is solid. The song has a jazzy feel to it. Lot’s of accents on the upbeats. The effects on the vocals are a bit too much. Overall, I really like it. It’s different. Definitely in the Alternative genre. I would call it “Looking For”.
