Folk Music Organizations

Isn’t he too fast??? Any inputs please??? THANK YOU?
I have just come out of an on and off 5 year relationship 1 month ago.. then I met this really nice guy who has been messaging me online.. we talk for hours over the phone and chat until early morning.. turned out he works for a nonprofit christian organization that mentors street kids… he invited me to come over.. when i visited once.. he started inviting me to everything.. all the gatherings in the org.. so now i have commited to the music program of the org and actively helping him..
then he always talks about the future when we talk… what kind of husband i want blah blah… and just light now.. he asked me to meet his folks????
about what they say… that’s if it’s too fast, it could easily die down…? any inputs please? isnt this kinda weird?
Personally, I don’t find it too weird. How old is he? If he’s a bit older, its obvious that he likes to think of the future because he might want to settle down. He probably just doesn’t want to waste time and wants to make sure that you’re really into the relationship. You should feel special that he actually wants to take a girl home to his parents. You don’t see too many guys now a days that are willing to bring their girlfriend home.
I think everything is fine, but if its really bugging you, I think you should tell him to slow down a bit and you still need a little space to get over your past relationship.

Kathy Griffin makes insulting remark/Christians spend $90,400.00 on newspaper ad?
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20888502/
So, we have all heard that Kathy Griffin upon accepting her Emmy said something inflammatory toward God….(I get what she was saying…all these rappers thank God, etc.. for their awards, while their music/deeds are not Godly…a bit hypocritical)
Anyway, in response, this Christian group spends $90,400.00 for a newspaper ad….Kathy Griffin’s celebrity becomes even bigger because of the controversy, etc…
So, how many people were helped with this $90,400.00? Why are so many religious organizations just throwing away money…money that was tithed to God?
They took out a newspaper ad! Geesh folks….how many hungry people could this money have fed? Is this good stewardship?
Your thoughts?
I think that what you are trying to say is that Kathy Griffith is great for our economy. She is promoting spending and advertising in US businesses. I think GWB should give her a cabinet position!
