as for me;
most overrated; eric clapton. they don’t call him “slowhand” for a reason folks…he was SLOW. any guitarist from the 80′s metal era would smoke him like a pack of newports, in both speed and technical proficiency.
most underrated; george lynch from dokken. not only did he provide blistering solos for dokken, he also taught guitar school, and performed hundreds of guitar workshops, amazing people everywhere he went with his mad skills.
