effect pedal looper
Do looper effect pedals work on synthesizers?

I was looking at the “boss” and “DigiTech” looper pedals and everyone is using a guitars in their videos. So I was wondering I could use my “Microkorg” (synthesizer) on it.

Sure. There is just an in and out for the audio. If there are audio outputs of your synth, should be fine.

Boss RC-20XL Loop Station or Line 6 JM4 Looper Guitar Effects Pedal?

Also do they both loop guitar as well as vocals?

Both of these loop stations will loop any sound that you record into them so YES they will work for guitar or vocals. As far as which one to buy, BOSS (made by Roland) is far superior to anything else on the market. Stay with BOSS and Roland products and you’ll have less trouble and a far superior sound. Just about every effect I own is either Roland or a BOSS. Every time I compare new effects, After listening to them, it’s always clear that the BOSS or Roland effect, just sounds far superior to all the rest.
