first of all, keviin did not give “the best correct information”. from the looks of it, he sounds like an amateur.
anyway, that pedal WOULD do if you use it as a booster for an amp with plenty enough gain. if you use it on a clean channel by itself, then NO.
use a distortion pedal with plenty of gain. something like this http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/ElectroHarmonix-Metal-Muff-with-Top-Boost?sku=153339
and that “sound” at 11 seconds is actually a technique called “pinch harmonics” it does not require extreme amounts of gain and it is not a form of “feedback”. only stupid people think that. its an artificially produced harmonic overtone enhanced by distortion.

What pick up and pedal combinations should I use?
So I play lead guitar at my church and I play a Lot of solos on my BOSS ME70 that I have and I’m looking for something better. Im trying to get a sound like “Roberto prado” type of sound. Look him up on YouTube he’s really good. Well what pickups should I put on my strat and what pedal combinations should I use???
Please help me!!!
I have a american fender deluxe strat and i baught like emg single coiled pickups. They are great foe playing lead. I paid $100 for them but im not sure what the msrp for them is. They with either black or white colors.
