Boss Pedals Used By
i got a Boss DS-1 pedal at the weekend, it says to only use a boss power adaptor, but why?
it says that it may be dangerous to use a power adaptor that isnt supplied by boss, i already have a 9 volt (which is the one i need) from my old DigiTech effects pedal and it fits with the boss and iv already used it and it works fine. so are they only putting that there to make you spend money on their products, or is there a genuin reason?
Two reasons. One is to sell their own adaptor and the other is that if you use a different one and it damages the pedal Boss cannot be held responsible and your warranty will be invalid.

How much should i sell my BOSS DS-1 distortion pedal for?
Im trying to get about 50$ to buy beats by dre and i was thinking of taking my BOSS DS-1 distortion pedal to a pawn shop. the pedal is in perfect condition and i barely use it anymore. any idea of a price i should start off with?
