Boss Guitar Pedal Metal
Is there another guitar effects pedal that goes good with a Boss Metal Core Ml-2?
I have a Squire Strat and a Boss Metal Core Ml-2 guitar pedal and im wondering if there is another effect pedal that sounds really good with my pedal.
I think delay would be your best investment in a pedal. To me reverb sometimes doesn’t sound so good with metal type distortion so I use a little delay in it’s place to fatten things up. If you were playing blues or classic rock with a Tube Screamer I’d say reverb, but I think delay is a better choice for you right now. Boss makes some nice delay pedals. I have the DD-7 but it’s a little pricey. The DD-3 sounds just as good, is easier to use and costs $60 less. I’d get the DD-3, great delay pedal.

which pedal for a good norse black metal guitar tone?
i NEED a new pedal for playing norse black metal but with a lot of solos. My choices are the digitech death metal, boss metal zone, and the boss metal core. i need a decent pedal with a good bold tone and i need it within a month. I also have an older amp so the pedal must keep pretty quiet when I’m using high gain.
have you tried the line 6 pedals they are very versitile and get any tone from randy travis to cannibal corpse! a little expensive but very nice effects processors.
