Painkiller $6.00 When it comes to first-person shooters, there are two schools of thought. One harkens back to the original Doom–frantic action, scary monsters, big weapons, and story is given short shrift. The second school is best exemplified by Half-Life: strong narrative, consistent real-world weapons, consistent monsters, and settings. Doom’s heirs up until now have been Quake and Serious Sam, but now Painki… |

Guitar multi effects processors ?
I am thinking of getting one, I’ve listened to alot of them on youtube and am amazed at the quality of tone some of them put out. I don’t play in a band right now, Just need something to use at home and record with so i’m thinking its my best option for now…
These are the ones I am looking at

Which would be the preferable model in your opinion ?
They’re both good, but I prefer the Line 6. I just think it’s easier to use and I like the tone. But again, both are good, well built (I’d give the edge to the Boss there though), and you probably would be happy with either. You can probably try them both out at a music store like Guitar Center and view the manuals online to get a sense for how easy they are to use. I think the web sites may even have sample sounds of them but they won’t sound the same through your computer anyway.
