Korg Guitar Pedals And Effects
Rate my Guitar Gear!?
On my board I have a Kirk Hammet Signature Wah, Boss Metal Zone MT-2, Visual Sound GarageTone Series Axle Grease Delay, Boss RC-2 Loop, and a Korg Pitchblack tuner pedal. I want to know if this is a good setup.
I have also considered selling it all and getting a Boss ME-70 Multi-effects Pedalboard. If this is a good idea please tell me.
I wouldn’t mind having that gear. I’d keep the board and not get a multi-effects though. As far as whether any of those components are good, that would be totally dependent on whether you’re getting the sound you want with all that. I’d probably replace the MT-2 with a Blues Driver, but I don’t play metal, so that may be totally wrong for you. If you’re a good guitarist, you get what you like and what complements your playing style and ability, not what somebody else tells you they like.

Need suggestions for pedals?
Well I’ve done a bit of research and there are three pedals that i want to buy
1. Boss TU-2 Chromatic Tuner
2. DigiTech DBM Bad Monkey Overdrive Guitar Effects Pedal
3. Korg Pitch Black Pedal Tuner
I just want to know what your opinion is of these pedals, if you want to change any of them, and other pedals that i should buy. Thanks!

Tuner – yes (but not essential if you have other tuners)
I prefer the MXR overdrive pedal, but digitech makes a good product too
Dude… check out MXR’s double shot distortion pedal.. it’s got two channels. one for your regular rocking, and the othe for super rocking… try it, it’s my favorite pedal in my line up…
