What kind of music should I download?
I want to download some upbeat music for work, and also some folk music to listen to at home. For the former I like, and already have, The Ramones, Green Day, Beastie Boys, Blink 182. For the latter I like and have Dar Williams, Ani Difranco, Catie Curtis, Toshi Reagon, Richard Shindell, Jeffrey Foucault, and John Gorka. Can you recommend any additional songs or artists I might like?
For the upbeat, try Black Flag, Circle Jerks, X, Sex Pistols, Streetlight Manifesto, Reel Big Fish, Flogging Molly, and/or Gogol Bordello.
For the folk-type, try Arlo Guthrie, Woody Guthrie, and/or Leonard Cohen
